Robyn co-founded BWH Communication in 1988 after holding senior positions in public relations consultancies in Brisbane and Sydney and is recognised as one of Queensland’s leading corporate, stakeholder and marketing communicators. She has received numerous State, National and International awards for her work in strategic communication planning, issues management and community consultation and engagement.

Her speciality areas of practice include corporate communication specialising in the fields of infrastructure delivery, aviation, property and construction, financial services, professional services and government; issues and crisis management; strategic communication planning and community and stakeholder engagement and consultation.

Indicative of the many projects Robyn has managed on behalf of clients are:

  • Management of communication relating to the acquisition of not for profit aged care facilities located in five states by a leading Australian financial institution.
  • Communication strategy development for the closure of a regional campus of a leading Australian university.
  • Ongoing management of stakeholder communication for a major Australian airport.
  • Strategic communication and issues management for a new master planned community of up to 15,000 people on the Sunshine Coast.
  • Management of issues on behalf of leading GPS and independent schools.

Robyn is a Fellow of the Public Relations Institute of Australia and is a member of the Property Council of Australia and community consultation network, IAP2. In addition to her client work in 2009 became a Tutor in Media and Community Relations at the University of the Sunshine Coast.
