Issues Management
Built into all of the work that we do for our clients across all specialities is an issues management process.
This involves identifying the range of issues that may impact on positive communication or project delivery, developing strategies to mitigate and manage these issues and designing effective communication materials and resources to support the issues management process.
This incorporates media training and the development of strategic responses, and provides communication tools to drive issues resolution or mitigation.
